Ener-Vate have had the pleasure of working alongside Vital Energi Utilities Limited and Leeds City Council for over four years in the development and expansion of the #LeedsPIPES low-carbon heat network and are thrilled to share that the project has been shortlisted for the “Collaboration of the year – energy project” at the Unlock Net Zero Awards.
Andy Kirwan, Ener-Vate Senior Consultant said "A project of this scale requires cohesive collaboration and productive partnership between all parties involved, and the success of the network demonstrates our integrated partnership approach which we establish with all of our clients. We’re looking forward to celebrating the outstanding work being done to decarbonise the UK’s housing stock on the evening and have our fingers crossed for a win!"
Leeds PIPES is one of only six projects shortlisted in the category and the winner will be announced at the awards ceremony, taking place alongside Housing 2023 on Tuesday 27 June at Manchester Central - good luck to all nominated!
