Ener-Vate shortlisted for two awards at Decentralised Energy Awards 2024
We are delighted to announce that Ener-Vate has been shortlisted in two categories at The Association for Decentralised Energy's prestigious Decentralised Energy Awards!
1. Project - Heat
We have been working in collaboration with Metropolitan Thames Valley, Hemiko and Countryside Partnerships to deliver and transform the Clapham Park development by bringing forward installation of heat pump technology in place of planning-approved gas fired CHP plant. This early decision making will result in the decarbonisation of over 3,000 affordable homes, a nursery and a care home. Thank you to Ener-Vate's Head of Contracts Natalie Stewart for her brilliant work on this project.
2. Rising Star
In addition, we are thrilled to share that our very own Head of Network Development -South, Tharina Conradie, has been acknowledged for her remarkable enthusiasm and passion for the industry. Despite being in the industry for just four years, Tharina has ignited so many internal flames and passion for heat networks that will keep burning for years to come. During her heat networks career, she has been active in the District Heating Divas, recently taking up a Volunteer Coordinator role for the North. She has sat on panels discussing all things heat networks and travelled the country spreading her excitement! We may be biased but we think Tharina would definitely be a worthy winner!!
We are incredibly proud of these achievements and grateful for the recognition from the The Association for Decentralised Energy.
Join us in celebrating at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 12th June in London. Tickets are still available, and we would love to see you there!
