Ener-Vate attend ADE Heat Network 2022 Conference
Ener-Vate's Commercial Director, Jo Longdon and Senior Consultant Mark Simpson visited Newcastle upon Tyne last week for The Association for Decentralised Energy Heat Network 2022 Conference.
Mark also attended the North East Local Enterprise Partnership and The Trade Council of Denmark in UK and Ireland Senior Leaders Forum, exploring what actions are needed to deliver the North East's £500m+ heat network pipeline, seeking to accelerate the North East as the UK's first Low Carbon Heat Cluster.
Jo said "It was a fantastic and informative event in a very fitting and beautiful heritage building. The Common Rooms, which takes its history from the old mining industry held the group of like minded individuals together to discuss heat network topics including Heat Network Zoning and the future low carbon focus for the North. It was refreshing to be back meeting people face to face and also to attend an event of this standard outside of the usual London area. Well done to all involved in organising this event."
We will be attending more conferences and events in the near future, keep an eye out for more information!
