Ener-Vate today announces that one of our founding Directors, Steve Marsh will be stepping down after more than eleven years with the business.
During this time, Steve has played a central role in establishing Ener-Vate's direction, culture and long-term strategy, helping to guide the team through significant growth and industry change.
Steve will stay with Ener-Vate into the new year after which he will start a new role to focus solely on the continuous development and management of Mersey Heat Ltd.
Remaining founding Directors, Steve Hunt and Jo Longdon said “Steve has been instrumental in shaping Ener-Vate from day one. We’re grateful for everything he's contributed over the last eleven years and will be very sad to see him go. Ener-Vate remains in a strong position with a very experienced Senior Leadership Team, strengthened further by recent and upcoming additions.”
Stephen Marsh said “Leading Ener-Vate alongside Steve and Jo has been a very important part of my life for more than eleven years and I’m proud of everything we’ve achieved together.
