Supporting Heat Network Operation

  • Manage the contractual operation of assets to develop, maintain and improve services and performance of heat networks for both our clients and their customers.
  • Assess current heat network operation and any performance or commercial issues.
  • Resolve retrospective issues with the operational heat network.
  • Manage performance of third party suppliers to meet KPIs.
  • Ensure outputs and processes meets industry standards and new UK regulations, particularly those affecting customers.
