Utilising the industry skills, expertise and experience of our team, Ener-Vate provided the necessary support to TWEL in procuring an ESCo for the heating provisions at Winstanley and York Road.
Ener-Vate created a new, tailored document based on the requirements both structurally and commercially of Taylor Wimpey for the site.
Ener-Vate then conducted an evaluation exercise on the returned bids, testing the cost assumptions and inputs of the tenders and benchmarked against our database of market rates.
Ener-Vate were excellent in responding to the terms of the brief and working with Springfield to produce a concise and well-reasoned assessment of the viability of providing a District Heating System within a mixed-use Masterplan for around 2,500 new homes and associated uses on the south side of Elgin
The Ener-Vate team and their model have provided an invaluable tool during our ESCo negotiations providing a clear insight into the long term heat agreement that informed and influenced decision making.
