Provide the necessary support to TWEL in their final negotiations with the chosen ESCo Partner

Project Details

Taylor Wimpey East London Ltd are developing a new build scheme in Wick Lane London. Wick Lane is an 18,329m2 residential-led mixed use development in Bow.


Six unique buildings with their own character will provide 176 high quality residential units. One and two storey commercial units and a designated general industrial unit will provide employment space for existing and new local businesses. A retail unit is also provided at ground floor.

Our Role

Utilising the industry skills, expertise and experience of our team, Ener-Vate provided the necessary support to TWEL in their final negotiations with the chosen ESCo Partner, E.ON Community Energy.

Ener-Vate also carried out a ‘sense check’ on the scheme to verify the figures and the initial viability. The focus of this small appointment was to focus on the completion and negotiation of the Employers Requirement document with regards to the D&B element of the install.

Specific Scope

  • Perform an initial review and tailor the Employers Requirement Document
  • Develop the project specific detail and update the Employers Requirement document
  • Engage and negotiate the Employers Requirement document with E.ON Community Energy and update the document as necessary

End Result

A fully negotiated, site-specific Employers requirement document for use within the main esco documentation
